Flour Craft Bakery - Mill Valley

Flour Craft is a delight! Everything is gluten free and it is just a given, no big deal. I love that. We tried the chocolate chip banana bread, the raspberry almond scone and the blueberry lemon scone. All were moist, delicious and not overly sweet. Perfect. The large latte coffee actually has 4 shots, not just lots of milk. The green tea was wonderful. The staff were warm and professional. We sat outside in the sunshine to enjoy our treat. Our new favorite spot!

We had the avocado toast (add salmon); overnight oats (hearty and sweet); walnut/cacao coffee cake; vegan donuts; and lattes... All were fantastic! The avo toast with salmon is remarkable. The walnut cake is surreal. The service was pleasantly professional. What a lovely spot!

I was a fan of their granola which I regularly got from stores. But this bakery is even more amazing! The scones are so fluffy, even better than the regular wheat ones!

I knew Flour Craft Bakery had gluten free options, but none of the pastries were labelled as such, so I asked the guy at the counter which ones were gluten free. Imagine my delight when he said ALL of them! I chose the Vegan Crumble Bar (so delicious, would never guess it was GF) and my mom got the Signature Orange Polenta Cake (also fantastic). I didn't get a beverage, but my parents said that both the espresso and hot tea were excellent. Would happily return!

Really good gluten free bakery with surprisingly good gluten free offerings even if you aren't looking for GF options. The scones here are excellent.
