Just really good food. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny in quality and taste Parking: Located in a strip mall so parking close is hit or miss. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
This is a very nice place to sit down and have a meal and/or a drink. I am 24 years old, but I went to the 2nd biggest party college in Ohio (LOL), and I am here on a 10 day business trip in the Bay Area, and I have to say Mr. Chad N. at the bar here at Grill Vine, is by miles and miles the best bartender or server I have ever had the pleasure of having. A very kind and considerate individual, and all staff really, especially for such a busy environment. I was very pleased with my experience here.
Ordered a dessert to-go. The receipt I was given only showed the subtotal tip option. And I tipped for my takeout. When I got back to my room, I’ve realized there must be a hidden fee to my bill. I went back downstairs to ask, only to find out they charge a $2 to-go fee. I wish the waiter who took my order could’ve told me that before running my credit card, as I would’ve simply sat down and enjoy my dessert right there and then if I knew. Manager was not helpful. She kept saying my receipt showed the fee break down (I was not given that receipt initially) that’s what it is. Overall disappointment on Christmas Eve.
I have been here on business multiple times. As an out of towner, I don’t know of many food options in the area. The menu here is diverse enough so that you don’t have to eat the same ole thing every night. Also Giancarlo is a top notch bartender; basically a mind reader in the drink department. Cheers!
