Bidra med feedbackWe went for lunch at Sakura restaurant. We are local and going to this place for many years. Usually the food and service is good. This time our waitress was Sally. She was not in a good mood. She didn't greet us. She was not polite. She removed oursharing plates without even asking. When we asked to return our plates she did not listen. All her body language was notinviting. It was shocking to see such service in Sakura. We decided to leave because we came to Sakura not only for the food,but for relaxing time too. The manager was not available.
Pretty standard sushi. It's ok. The staff is very pleasant and I trust their food. The indoor seating is nice yet a bit outdated.
Although the food was satisfactory, our takeout order contained far too much plastic. Next time, we will eat at the restaurant rather than throw away piles of plastic.
Take out was smooth on a Saturday night! The beef fried rice was delicious, rice had a great little crisp to it. Beef was very tender. The King Dragon Roll was delicious. Eel, shrimp tempura with avocado and cucumber is such a great combo. We also got the Spicy Kani Roll. We usually get a Spicy Kani Salad but decided to just have it in a roll and it was even better. Not too mayo-y. It had a great texture and left a refreshing taste.
This is now my second time getting severe food poisoning from this establishment, and when trying to call and reason with them for a credit or acknowledgement of the issue, they get rude and defensive. Food is just mediocre to ever go back. Please stay away.
