Thank you. Our experience at Underway in Kelly Square was quite disappointing. My wife ordered something she wasn’t satisfied with, and when she asked for it to be remade, they refused. Frustrated, she tried to contact their corporate office for assistance but couldn’t find the number, so she reached out to Millbury Metro for help. Not only did they assist her in finding the contact information, but they also went above and beyond by offering to make her sandwich free of charge!

Fallon was the most beautiful! Always a friendly staff at this point, kudos to the owner who knows how constantly to find polite and friendly staff.

I want to commend the young lady who worked alone on October 17, 2021. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding performance! Despite handling a busy lunch rush with over ten customers and several takeout orders, she maintained her professionalism and kept a smile on her face. It was unfortunate to witness one customer who didn’t seem to understand that she was working solo and responded with disdain. However, I was thoroughly impressed by her work ethic and her ability to remain polite and professional even in such a stressful situation. Bravo!

Been going to this location since I was a kid. It's been the same guy running the place, which is rare to see. He definitely trains his employees well, because they're always nice, the food is always fresh, and made how you request.
