Chick-fil-a - Milledgeville

Mobile order took 15 minutes to get served inside the restaurant pick up. Even though the label on the bag had the correct order the food inside the bag was completely wrong. I was not the only customer standing at the counter complaining about the long wait.

Employees are so helpful and friendly. Kids loved it and food was hot and ready so

Never left a bad review before but that was ridiculous ,7 pm Friday bunch a teens running the drive thru gossiping ,cussing they were slower then I have ever experienced call me karen , but there needed to be a experienced manager there not a teen. It's the last good place in milledgeville , I'd hate to see it become like the other places.

Ordering via the app is a nightmare and trying to get anyone to fix the issue and give a refund for food that never arrived apparently is just too much to ask for. Never using this store
