Rude customer service, not a fan. also asked for barbecue on the side and it came already on my chicken fingers :

I ordered a Carmel fudge cheesecake blizzard and there was no fudge in it.

Really? I have to announce more than once that I am at the counter. We were the only 2 in the place and no drive thru customers.

The lobby was closed so we had to eat outside. My chili dog had no chili.

It's been about 8 yrs since I bought a blizzard won't be buying anymore soon. Instead of a spoon they should have just given me a straw. Disgusting runny mess. It was not a hot day but it was melted when it was handed to me. I remember when blizzards were served upside down to show how thick they were. This one ran out like a cup of chocolate milk. What a disaster. $7&$8 for a blizzard that looks like a flood! Yuk, never again.
