Only the second time to The Punch Bowl with great friends last weekend but we once again left with the same impression. Wonderful place and wonderful people. We arrived with great friends and left with even more, what more can we ask after a 6000 mile journey? Seriously wonderful welcome and fantastic dinner, I had the best gammon I've ever tasted and the family also provided some fantastic Beckstones craft real cask ale. Very welcome sight and taste of a beautiful Mild Ale and the Rev-Rob was a serious compliment to that succulent gammon. Many thanks to all on either side of the bar and kitchen. We'll be back!!!

We had a wonderful dinner last night. The portions were generous, and the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
