Bidra med feedbackCashier was very slow. Two people in front of me and waited almost 10 minutes. But the iced coffee was worth the wait.
Drive thru line was longer because it was a holiday weekend but the staff did an excellent job to move everyone through quickly. Also, iced coffee was stirred! Usually the mocha is just laying on the bottom from other coffee places. Great job.
I love to come here, always fast service and good drinks
The coffee and sandwich were excellent, but the cashier answered a personal phone call during our drive-thru transaction. This was quite unprofessional, as it didn't seem to be an emergency.
It's interesting how the little gestures of kindness tend to stick in our minds. I'm grateful I stopped by this Dunkin' location and want to give credit to both Bianca for her excellent service and her manager for being a fantastic role model. Great customer service often starts with strong leadership, and it seems this Dunkin' franchise has truly found a great one for their team.
