Kfc - Millville

I ordered a two-piece crispy chicken meal, while my husband chose the crispy chicken tender meal, along with some other items for our family. Unfortunately, the chicken was completely lacking in seasoning, including the chicken tenders. Additionally, both the chicken and the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Our total was just over $30, and we left feeling very disappointed. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The drive-thru experience is just like it always is. It feels like takeout costs as much as dining at a nice restaurant these days. However, this KFC consistently offers friendly service, and the food is always freshly prepared.

The management is terrible. KFC's policy of only allowing mobile order pickups inside the restaurant, and not at the drive-thru or curbside, completely undermines the convenience and safety that mobile ordering is supposed to offer. I always end up waiting a long time for my food, regardless. I ended up getting my chicken from Crown Chicken instead, as I only stopped by KFC for diet sodas since it was the only place nearby. If you have to get out of your car to pick up fried chicken, you might as well go to a better chicken restaurant.

The food was delicious but the service could use a little bit of improvement.

Only 1 person in front of me and still waited 15 to get food. It seems it's always slow here. I thought let me try again, but no they're still so slow. Had no ice for the drinks.
