Branchwater - Milton

The service at this restaurant was noticeably slow and lacked the professionalism expected for a place of this caliber. While not overly expensive, spending $150 for two people is not considered cheap. Unfortunately, our dining experience was disappointing on both occasions we visited, with last night being even worse than the first time. The quality of the food was mediocre at best. We were seated in the bar area, which had more of a casual pub atmosphere with a child present, who appeared to be either a staff member or a friend of the bartender. My partner ordered the filet, which was unimpressive and could have used some improvement. Despite its flaws, the restaurant is situated in a great location.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! Everything, from the appetizers to dessert, was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and the service was quick. The atmosphere was a bit vibrant and noisy due to the bar and live music, but there were other seating options available that were better lit. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. The only drawback was the noise level later in the evening, but they seem to be aware of this and are considerate of it.

Before heading home, I decided to visit a fancy steakhouse for dinner. We ordered the scallops and a fantastic ribeye. However, our dining experience was dampened when the ceiling started to leak. The bartenders quickly resolved the issue and were very accommodating. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We expected better from such a nice establishment, so we were a bit disappointed.

Good food but not well managed because one time we go there and have great service and the next time our server is terrible. It all starts with hiring and training the right people. This all starts from the top down

Great restaurant if you can go live. For delivery services like UberEats I’ve had them cancel more than one order with little notice. Which is frustrating.
