Bidra med feedbackThis is a very small place in the Xscape building in Milton Keynes. It is completely open to the main part of the building so not somewhere to go for an intimate meal for 2. The flip side is that it has a lot of atmosphere. Now that I'm testing a plant-based whole food diet it's really difficult to find common places that I can trust, not accidentally use animal products. So it was a very pleasant surprise, Cocina has a really pre-printed vegan menu to find, not only a little printed by a desktop printer. This vegan menu also had a decent variety that was really important as I also avoid potatoes, white rice, white pasta and white bread. The food came and it was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and polite. My better half is wheat intolerant so preferred to eat gluten-free and they were very happy to swallow the pack in the Fajitas for a gluten-free version, although it is on the gluten-free menu. We're definitely going back.
Only visited. The food we ordered especially for the children was very hot. Even hot for us. Food was very bland and oily. Calm down. Children's menu only had a veg selection, but waitress told us it wasn't vegetarian. Worst Mexican Restaurant I was too.
This was a super simple place to have a vegan dinner with an Omani friend. You have a completely separate menu for vegans, so it is easy to order. I had the chips with salsa and a burrito with pommes. The chips were clearly average (although I was pampered with a Wahaca near where I live and their chips and dives are quite delicious! and I found the Burrito something missing. I would have asked for a hot sauce to live a little bit! The chips were average. But they made me a really nice vegan Pina Colada cocktail, and that was the highlight of the meal!
Completely clear vegan menu with 50% vegan food on Wednesday! Each of the tapas options ordered and all were beautiful. Were given acid cream with frits, not sure whether it was vegan
We just found this place by chance as it allowed dining in and we were very happy we did! The staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. Probably the best Mexican I’ve been to. We had the Tapas (3 dishes each) and there was plenty of food and so tasty. Pina cocktails were very nice too! The kids really enjoyed their ‘make your own wrap’ followed by 2 big scoops of ice cream. Would definitely visit again.
