Pizza Hut - Milton Keynes

We have always enjoyed our visits to Pizza Hut, wherever we are, but the food was terrible yesterday. The salad bar was ok but not a lot of variety and when we came to the actual Pasta Pizza bar, it was almost empty and what was there was repetitive and even worse, it was cold. Many diners were complaining that it was a waste of money and this time, I must say that I agree with them. It seems a good deal to eat as much as you like at the buffet for a reasonable price but actually I didn 't think it was worth the price. It was lunchtime but not very busy at the time we went to the bar although it did fill up whilst we sat there but that is no excuse. Complained to the staff but they were not interested it seemed so I suspect that they are used to it.

Had a sharer pizza for 3 , with 2 sides,and 2 deserts. Well worth the money. Place was busy ,but had no trouble being sitted. staff where friendly and polite.only problem is location of toliets ,which are up stairs , but stairs seam to go on for ever,not good if you have trouble walking.

Once again this is not a dog friendly restaurant but I have a therapy dog that is allowed in. The staff gave us a lovely private corner, offered Candy a bowl of water and the service was very good. The food was delicious!

Decided to call in late Saturday afternoon for something to eat. Never been to a Pizza Hut. seemed very busy. Service was very good all explained regarding salad bar and drinks from the dispenser. Just one down side, the walk to use the toilets , it seemed to go on for ages, just take care so many steps. Overall food arrived quickly and hot just what we were looking for.

Visited this afternoon , mid shopping pit stop, food all of the standard expected of the brand so no problem there. Service however a different story . Firstly we were shown to a table by a young lad who vanished ! Then after helping myself to drinks and a menu realised our waitress was in deep conversation with friends at the table next to ours, she was quite oblivious to the fact we were there surprising really as I had to wriggle round her to get our drinks !! After a lengthy time waiting for this woman , I politely enquired was she actually working and if she was could we order some food ! She then rounded up her chat and served us and all the other tables waiting in her section!, this really should have been dealt with by the manager , quite ridiculous. Not a good advert for the chain at all.
