Bidra med feedbackI arrived at the restaurant around two minutes before three, after shopping, only to be told that the buffet had ended at 3pm. It was a bit frustrating, but I understood. I was seated at a sticky table and informed that all ordering was done digitally. I was given a greasy menu with visible fingerprints and grease marks under the light. As I looked through the pizza size options, I noticed they were labeled as individual or sharing, but there was no indication of the actual size of an "individual" pizza. Feeling unsure about whether it would be enough to fill me up, I attempted to scan the barcode on the table, but the website failed to open, displaying an error message. Frustrated with the menu and the overall experience, I decided to leave. On my way out, I noticed that the buffet table was still full of pizza, with only one slice taken from one out of the many pizzas available. The restaurant had only a few small families present, and I couldn't help but think about the waste of all the untouched pizzas, likely ending up in the trash once the families left. This seemed especially wasteful in the midst of a cost of living crisis and with so many homeless individuals in our community. I don't plan on visiting a Pizza Hut again for a long time after this experience.
My second time visiting this restaurant for the lunch buffet and once again, all the pizza and pasta we tried was hot, fresh, and delicious. The buffet always has a great variety of pizza options and the salad was crisp and tasty. The service was friendly as well. We will definitely be returning again!
The service was good, but the food was slow because there were not enough pizzas ready for all the customers. Additionally, the women's restroom was unpleasant - it smelled, was dirty, and had stains everywhere. I felt unclean when leaving the restroom. Pizza Hit, please improve the cleanliness of your restrooms.
We went on a busy Saturday evening and it was fab! We didn’t wait at all even considering how busy it was, the food came quick was lovely and the service was great even though they were under pressure. The manager even had to deal with a horrible customer shouting at him across the restaurant but he was so professional in dealing with the situation and moved the gentleman on quickly before it ruined anyone’s else’s experience. Well done Manager! Also Hannah was great when we were being the complicated ones with a voucher, she sorted it all out for us stress free! Thanks Pizza Hut for a lovely meal on a busy Saturday right before Christmas. Don’t be a d*ck especially at this time of year, be nice to your servers!
Went on a very busy Saturday, but were seated after a short wait in the queue. Staff were helpful and kind. We went for the buffet option on the menu and I have to say the pizzas did keep coming out and were hot. I agree with one of the other comments there could be someone around to keep the ice cream and salad bar clean and not look like so much carnage around the place. You do get caught though, you either go for the full on expensive option of endless drinks, pizza, salad and ice cream, none our our party really wanted the ice cream but if you opted for the lesser expensive buffet, you only got pizza, salad unlimited. You would have had to buy your drinks. Which is a bit of benefit to Pizza Hut but as you will end up going for the more expensive option. Other than that the food was good and staff were helpful even though it was extremely busy.
