I didn't want a discount we just wanted a hot pizza. He then told me nothing he can do. Poor customer service and poor quality food. Save your money and order elsewhere
Its halal and they have a variety. This thin crust is thin but not crispy. The normal crust is not too heavy. Its better than average. I always add extra cheese. The chicken and basil pizza i was looking for, but when i received it i was shocked they used dried basil rather than fresh basil. Taste wise fresh basil would have been much better and given the pizza that fresh note.Their roast chicken pizza is quite bland. Their hot wings are those battered ones which can be bought frozen but taste good. Their BBQ wings are average. Its a good pizza place if you want something halal.
I ordered a half-and-half 18-inch pizza, with the BBQ chicken half including a stuffed crust option for an extra £2.50. I expected at least half of the pizza to have the stuffed crust, but upon delivery, I discovered that they had forgotten it. I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake and was told to check my receipt, which did not show the stuffed crust option. Although I couldn't find it on the receipt, I questioned why I was charged extra if it wasn't for the stuffed crust. The person on the phone said he couldn't explain and would look into it. I sent an email a few minutes later with a photo of the situation and asked for an update. Unfortunately, after 3 days, they still hadn't contacted me. It's disappointing that they couldn't own up to their mistake and simply offer an apology or refund the extra money they charged without providing the service. They make great pizza at a reasonable price, but they need to improve their customer complaint management.
Firstly, the advised time was quoted as 60 minutes, as per the email but instead the pizza arrived after 90 minutes. Secondly, I was given misinformation about the time of delivery by a man who answered the phone, who 's answers were inconsistent. On the first phone call the man gave one answer, then another, then changed his answer to the prior one, all on the same phone call. At the end of the phone call he said 1-2 minutes. After more than 5 minutes I made a second call. On the second call he denied this the answers on the previous phone call and changed his answer to a few minutes. This was more than 6 minutes after his 1-2 minutes answer. When challenged on how long appropriately, he said that a few minutes could be as long as it takes. He said a few minutes could be minutes or hours or any time. This is a quote from him. I would rather he had just told me the truth, that is that it is on it 's way, which would have been a reasonable answer but he would not say this, but instead would not give a straight answer. This was most unhelpful, inconsistent and indecisive. Thirdly, the delivery driver did not use our path, that leads to the house but instead thought it was acceptable to traipse across the grass and over the plants. He came of the path, and walked over the plants. The plants! This is not acceptable. There is a path that leads directly to the house. Absolutely diabolical! The lowest possible review has been given!
Just had our 1st experience of a delivered pizza from Pronto Pizza. The pizza was the hottest and the best delivered pizza we have had. Delivered before the time they advised and so hot it burnt our mouths! We live 10mins drive from the place so very impressed. Hope they can deliver the same quality next time.
