The Reuben sandwich I had was the best I've had in a long time, and the potato salad was the best I've tasted in years!

The Philly Corned Beef sandwich was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious.

The sub was exactly as I requested! It was fresh and still warm when it arrived. Thank you, Jake's! It was packed with meat and cheese, and the onions were grilled to perfection. The bread was soft and perfectly toasted! Plus, there was a fresh, juicy pickle on the side.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I visited on Tuesday afternoon and ordered two pastrami sandwiches and one corned beef sandwich. The bread on the pastrami sandwiches was burnt, and the meat was incredibly dry and unappetizing. It's clear that whoever prepared these sandwiches lacks basic cooking skills. As for the corned beef sandwich, it was soggy and unappealing. This is not the Iconic Jake I remember from years past. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed that the restaurant was completely empty. This was surprising, as the Jake's I recall used to be bustling with customers waiting in line. I certainly won't be returning.
