Bidra med feedbackThe best pizza on the east side. When I judge pizza it all comes down to the sauce and Lisa’s has the tastiest darn sauce you ever will try. We typically order thin crust and it is crispy and hot every time. Toppings are high quality and consistent. Spaghetti with meat sauce and lasagna are great fridge stuffers for the next day. Each entre comes with a little fresh salad that, while simple, just seems to start it all off right. This place can be poppin’ off the chain so expect to wait a little while on hold sometimes: it’s worth it. Parking can be a challenge on Oakland avenue but spaces turn over quickly. I live close by so every order is takeout. Friday fish fry is worth it too.
Well, well, well, an overall great pizza place. I went in with extremely high expectations as it was rated the best pizza place in the entirety of Milwaukee and after trying it the claim is very strong. 1.75 for unlimited refills on soda is impeccable and delicious despite having too much ice. Though there was too much ice, the free refills made it worth it. Moving on, the pizza came very quickly for a Saturday evening and it was a very delicious pizza. The sausage was very good and merged with the cheese and sauce very well. The sauce was sweet and tomato-y in a good way. The staff was very into their jobs and very obviously cared about creating a good experience. Only bad thing I can think of was that the crust was a little burnt but it gave it a good crunch.
Have heard about Lisa's having a good pizza so my wife and I stopped in on the evening of Jan 4th . The young lady who served was so pleasant and we loved the charming , intimate atmosphere . But wait ! Our pizza was excellent the way we like it , not overwhelming with cheese and the sausage was excellent
One of Milwaukee 's finest pizza restaurants! Food was tasty, service was exceptional! This place is a home run every time!
Best pizza ever. I've been coming here for over 50 years. The food is always great. Sure don't want to loose this one. Every time I visit the Eastside, I always pick up a pizza for home.
