Mazos Hamburgers - Milwaukee

I said it before and I'll say it again. Best burgers in Milwaukee. So old school from the 50s music to the decor and everything in between. Must go!!!

Great old-fashioned burgers. I recently went there because I needed comfort and they were not disappointed. Service was great! Our server was an older man and he was wonderful!

Delicious tasting burgers. Family run second generation. Friendly atmosphere with pleasant history about the 1932 beginning of a unique burger place; how it all started. Burgers are made from fresh ground meat and seasoned MAZO way...must try place.

I consider myself a burger connoisseur. If you you have read my other reviews (my Shake Shack review). I laid out my criteria for a great burger. Mazos hits all the marks. This is no skimpy burger. When you leave out of Mazos you will have to loosen that top pants button. And if you order the double cheeseburger with the works, ask for a to go box. Most people can't eat the double in one sit down. The wait staff are great. Good conversation, plus they keep your drink filled. At Mazos they ground their own meat. That's a fact that they are proud of. You can actually taste the freshness. My wife and l ordered a shake, french fries, double cheeseburger and a soup for about 25.00 bucks. They gave us our shake in the container they mixed it in. We thought that was a good touch. The seating is a little tight, if its just two of you I suggest you eat at the bar. Around the restaurant they have pictures of singers from the Sinatra era. My wife and I made a game of it, see who could name all of them. We had a great dinning experience. If you love burgers make Mazos one of your stops.

My burger was amazing! Very fresh the sides were delicious as well.
