In current scenario each and every restaurant is keeping vegan/vegetarian option and they had absolutely nothing for entree You have to eat plain rice or noodles. No protein option for vegan/vegetarian. They don't even have stir fried veggies, only boiled broccoli. They need to upgrade the menu now
The service was awful, chow mein old, the flavors like?no words. The tables dirty and the staff serves you so bad, the prices compares with the quantity and quality too bad, I don?t recommend this restaurant.
What an outstanding team of customer service staff and chefs! The restaurant was incredibly busy last night around 7:30, but the staff remained friendly and helpful throughout. These five employees worked tirelessly to handle the long line of customers. I was very impressed by their dedication. I hope your employer recognizes your hard work with a well-deserved raise!
I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and tried to use a BOGO shell voucher I had received in the mail. After a tough day, I was craving some Panda. However, when I went to pay, I was told that I had already used the coupon, even though I hadn’t and it was still valid before the expiration date. They took the voucher from me and offered me a couple of dollars off my order instead. I was really upset, as I was having a rough day and just wanted some Chinese food. When I reached out to Panda's customer service, they informed me that without the coupon (which the employees had taken), they couldn’t assist me. Unfortunately, I think I’ll be looking for another restaurant, as my experience with this company was very disorganized and the staff was quite rude, especially regarding their coupons.
I often find that they're out of at least one item I want to order, and sometimes it's two or three. Today, they implemented a new system where you have to use the drive-thru instead of coming inside. If you're stuck in the drive-thru line and they don’t have what you want, you either have to wait and stay in line while everyone else gets their food, or you just settle for whatever they have available. I decided I wouldn't be coming back because they're frequently out of stock, even on basic items like sauces. I thought maybe this was just a result of the pandemic, but things haven’t improved. So, I've started going to another Panda Express that doesn’t have these issues. I've noticed there are many comments like mine, and I’m not sure what the point is in sharing feedback if management isn’t going to take action to improve the situation.
