We took it home to make real papaya salad. The hot pot for 2...I had better noodles from home eating kung fu noodles. Best thing on the menu was the shrimp chips. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

Been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. Puts the more popular Phở places to shame. My favorite dish here is B30 Bún Thịt Gà Nướng room temperature rice vermicelli noodles, lettuce, green onion, mint, lightly pickled carrots, cucumber, grilled chicken breast, and peanuts. Pour on the fish sauce and some fried chilis. Fresh and delicious. Can't go wrong with the A1 Chả Giò fried pork spring rolls. I didn't get them today, but the A4 Tôm Cuốn shrimp fried in a spring roll wrapper with a green onion are insanely good.
Decent pho usually. Had chicken Pad Thai once that was literally like leather. Really overcooked and sinewy to the point I pushed the plate away after two bites. This place can be good, but it's not always good. They kind of feel like they're phoning it in and just grabbing cash.
