Casa De Tamales - Milwaukie

Charlie, the charming owner, delights diners with a variety of delicious tamales that will leave you satisfied. Be prepared to wait for a table and Charlie will be with you promptly. Along with the traditional menu options, there is also a selection of frozen tamales available in packs of four. The margaritas are served with chili salt on the rim, adding a unique twist. The atmosphere is lively and it is entertaining to watch Charlie interact with other patrons. I can't wait to return to this wonderful restaurant.

This place is fantastic. It has a quirky atmosphere, but the food is absolutely fantastic. I ordered chips and salsa, a chorizo and asparagus plate, and a grilled veggie tamale. The asparagus was cooked to perfection, the chorizo was crispy, the homemade tortillas were warm, the salsa was spicy, and the chips were fresh. And on top of that, the margaritas were strong. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I had a fantastic omelet at the Milwaukie Farmer's Market. It was packed with fresh vegetables and well worth the wait. The pork tacos that my companion ordered were decent as well.

I stole my mom and my friend here weeks ago. Place is small, but fun! One of the owners was there and it wasn't too busy so she had time to talk to us so beautiful! We ate too much had some fabulous margaritas and ordered a bunch of frozen sponges to go. So glad we made the trek off the coast!
