Waterfront Cafe & Restaurant - MINDARIE

We ate here last weekend and had a brilliant meal with amazing portions and lovely deserts. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had Chicken and Cranberry Salad Chicken, with bacon, honey mustard dressing which was just lovely and my husband had Grilled barramundi with tartare sauce. I have previously had the Chilli Mussels and all our meals have been amazing and great value. I would recommend this Restaurant as its situated over looking Mindarie Marina and has a lovely atmosphere.

Sat outside looking out over the harbour. Had a very good breakfast of bacon and eggs and a decent mug of coffee and the wife had the pancakes. Very good location and less commercialised than Hillary's. Excellent service and a great start to the day.

Wow!!! What a difference! We have visited a few times in the past! Was horrible food and swore never to go again! Some friends of ours have told us of the massive change! We decided to check it out (fingers crossed)! To our delight there has been a management change and a new chef!!! The new owner (Sandra?) was so happy and friendly and nothing was too much of a drama for her or her staff! The food was amazing (she said she had a new Chef, James?)...We had the special ($10)!!!! Was massive and was told there will be daily specials! YUMMO!!! Then we decided we felt like a coffee and the lovely girls said there was a special with that too!!! Coffee and cake for $5!!!!! Any cake!!! Soooo delicious!!! I think this place is going to be very dangerous to our hips!!!!!! Regular customers we will now become!!! The seats are appalling, BUT, was informed that the whole place will be re-vamped in the next few weeks!!! Cannot Wait!!! Not many things get us excited but good quality food, friendly staff and a fresh start to a perfectly placed cafe is all the excitement we can handle!! (We don't get out much! Haha)...Well Done!!! 5star!

Taken to this restaurant by two WA friends today. Great food and very pleasant staff..I had a Tasmsnisn smoked salmon open sandwich, while my partner shared a sharing plate. Could not fault the food. Staff most helpful and pkeasant, and even asked us if we minded thrm folding up tables and chairs near us. Hopefully we will return here before we head vavk to Scotlsnd.

This is a great place for a hearty English breakfast with lovely views and excellent service . I go out every week for breakfast with m elderly father and this would have to be one of the best.The food was cooked to perfection and the staff very pleasant .
