Crystal Head Vodka Ice Experience

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered three dishes, and the total for a shot of Crystal Head vodka was an astonishing $25. It felt like a complete rip-off, and they should be ashamed of these prices.

Once we left the ice room, we were taken to a terrace featuring a few fire bowls and Muskoka chairs. Unfortunately, the drinks were disappointing, and trying to eat while seated in the Muskoka chairs felt awkward. We eventually moved to a regular table, but I couldn’t help but wonder how it would work with larger groups in that space. They definitely need to improve the overall experience to align with what you would expect from a Vegas ice-themed attraction. Considering the price tag of around $400, I am regretting this choice and almost wish I could get my money back.

The igloo experience was fantastic! We opted for the tapas with wine and food pairing. The only downside was that we found the amount of food to be a bit excessive. However, all the dishes were amazing, and the wine pairings were excellent. The igloos were a little cooler than we anticipated, so be prepared to bundle up. We had the option to bring our own music and enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere with only one sound issue throughout our three-hour stay. Our server was attentive and eager to cater to our needs, ensuring we had all the drinks we wanted. They also offered great recommendations for wine options. If you're looking for a special experience, just let them know your preferences, and they'll satisfy your expectations. Come ready to enjoy a feast, as the portions are generous! Overall, we highly recommend this experience—you’re sure to have a wonderful time!
