Afandina Cafe - Minneapolis

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, reflecting its Mediterranean style in the decor. I tried the Gyro combo, which was decent; however, the meat was a bit too salty for my liking. On the other hand, the fries were absolutely amazing! They arrived hot, incredibly crispy, and perfectly seasoned, almost as if they had a light breading. Overall, the gyro was just okay, but those fries were outstanding! I would definitely return to try other dishes and enjoy those fries again.

I visited from Nebraska, and I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was incredibly flavorful—definitely a 10/10. My favorite dish was the kunafa, so make sure to give it a try!

Very very good food. Their falafel is the best in town. Went multiple time and it never disappoints.

This place is huge! Very beautifully decorated space. It was virtually empty during my visit so not sure how busy they get. Tasty food and large portions. They were out of Baklava which was disappointing. I hope to check out the patio during my next visit.
