Blackbird - Minneapolis

They were not open. we went and when we were there they were not open. they let us book a house when they were not open.

I understand that brunch is very good here. I will probably never know because I will probably never try to eat here again. I booked on a Wednesday with open table for dinner at 18 o'clock on Friday night. the OT website allows/processed/confirms the reservation. the blackbird website had posted an dinner menu and dinner hours. google showed dinner hours matching the website. I showed on w 3 other people around 5:55 clock to find blackbird recently changed hours and is no longer served dinner. the lack of attention to online presence/accus and a thorough communication of business-hour changes suggests blackbird is not very interested in attracting someone who does not live in the neighboring.

They can ignore all stars above, as the restaurant was closed when we arrived there. I am not sure why opentable allowed us to make a reservation when the restaurant is closed. we ate on the road at nighthawks. about 15 minutes after sitting came another group that also had reservations at blackbird. nighthawk had a great night! I love blackbird, but opentable really messed up.

We showed up the restaurant and it was closed. frustrating that we were able to make reservations to a place that was not even open.

Had a dinner reservation, got the email reminder, when we got there we discovered the place isn’t open for dinner. We weren’t the only ones standing there staring at the closed sign. How hard is it to change the settings on Open Table to not allow dinner reservations when you’re not open for dinner?
