Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Kinda bummed. Drove here to surprise my husband for our anniversary with a nice coffee to wake up to.... spent 13 dollars on two drinks and tipped only to get home and dump out both drinks because they tasted awful. Was really looking forward to starting our morning off right but unfortunately it won't be because of caribou.... seems like everytime I go it's hit or miss these days with the consistency of the drinks. I worked for caribou for a few years and it's a shame that you can't rely on the drink to taste the same when you go. Guess it's time to take my business to scooters coffee. I have always been a caribou gal but I can't afford the waste anymore. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4

I’m leaving a bad review only because I did not appreciate the comment made by the lady barista earlier. I paid over $6 for a small cooler and asked for no bubbles. It was made twice because of the bubbles. I didn’t mind waiting at all. What got me was when she said, “here’s your free drink” and handed me a small cooler that wasn’t even full to the top. I’ll still go to caribou to get my cooler but I’m not going back to this location. Price per person: $1–10

I visit this Caribou nearly every day and the service is exceptional! They truly make an attempt to know the customers' names and drinks as Caribou Coffee intended. Yes, they do get very busy at times due to events at the sports center, but if there are 12 people in line and 10 cars in the drive thru, they will need more time. Please be patient. It's worth the wait!
