I placed an online order for delivery. A couple items were missing from the order so I called. The gal I talked to was very pleasant and apologized, and offered to refund the missing items. I asked if they could deliver the missing items instead, she said I'd have to place another order. So I did, but of course that means I ended up paying the service and delivery fees again. An offer to comp the fees for the second order, or even the entire order would have been nice. No such offer was given. I understand, mistakes happen. Some compensation would be nice though. Otherwise the food was good and the interaction was fine. I'd give 4 or 5 stars if not for the underwhelming service.
Honestly the food has gone down hill, customer service was good but food was nasty. The food get really old, and for 3 people it was 41 dollars. I could have gone to baker square for the same price and had a much better experience.
Sticky floors. Dirty tables. No ice for the ice tea. Poor customer service. And worst of all, meal was very disappointing (far cry from the poster on their restaurant wall).
I don't know how they can claim to be healthy! I wanted an entree with vegetables but I'm allergic to bell peppers, so apparently that limits me to Beef with Broccoli or Shrimp and vegetables, neither of which was available when I arrived. I decided to try the shrimp and vegetables and wait for them to make it. While the shrimp was very good, I got about 6 slices of carrot and a few little pieces of water chestnut. The sauce tasted like liquid salt. Panda Express for me from now on!
