Prospect Kitchen - Minneapolis

Had both kinds of scones here and loved them both (the blueberry kind a tiny bit more)! Will definitely go again!Love the homey feel and would love to go back for some coffee and reading time or catching up with a friend over pastry/ coffee/ light lunch!

The staff and owner here are very friendly, the food is always fresh and fast. I love being able to grab some breakfast here before I head to work, it’s SO convenient. they have the best thick cut bacon and I love the cookies :

Great option for breakfast or lunch. The egg sandwiches are a personal favorite super reasonable pricing and so yummy!

We manage the building 3020 On the Rail. Prospect Kitchen recent opened its doors here and the first floor hallway has never smelled better! Prospect Kitchen has excellent coffee including espresso options. They also have many great house made options for breakfast and lunch. So far a few favs are the chocolate chip cookies (which are like a scone and cookie in one), the homemade granola, and the “Apple u0026 Manchego Salad with Honey Lavender Vinaigrette”. Their flavors do not disappoint.
