Bidra med feedbackI got the salmon. It was very dry and over cooked. Have been there before. It was our last choice since it was the holiday season and most of the area restaurants were booked for parties and celebration dinners. I'll search earlier next year.
Limited dinner menu options but the flatbreads were spectacular.
Restaurant was not busy, but it still took an hour to get food from time of seating two salads and a bowl of soup. No explainations till we were done , at which point they comped meal stating computers were down.
Extremely long wait for food. Our server was absent, and said nothing about the reason for the long wait nor offered nothing. A manager then delivered two of our four meals and told us their computer went down for about two hours (that would have been good information to know! , they were working off paper tickets, and asked what else else were missing, and again, offered nothing. This was extremely disappointing to me because this is a facility that I schedule have work meetings and events.
Enjoyed a delicious dinner at Restaurant Max where our server (Brittany) was friendly and attentive. The handsome dining room was nearly empty (on a Friday evening), likely due to an exodus from the city for the Labor Day weekend. The bar was lively with patrons, and there was also a family party in one of the private dining rooms. Spouse ordered chicken marsala which was wonderful and served over polenta. I had broiled walleye, prepared and seasoned expertly, accompanied by a medley of pickled vegetables (asparagus, carrot, onion, cauliflower) and roasted potatoes. A very fine evening.
