Bidra med feedbackThe elderly gentleman who works here consistently closes early! I arrived at 7:50, and they’re supposed to close at 8. I knocked on the door, but he completely ignored me and continued making himself a sandwich. It’s so frustrating!
The Google listing says the restaurant closes at 9 PM, but the sign on the door states it closes at 8 PM. I arrived at 7:45 PM, and although the lights were on and there were at least three employees inside making their own sandwiches, the doors were locked. They completely ignored me when I tried to get in to pick up dinner for my boyfriend at his workplace. I understand it was close to closing time, but shutting the business 15 minutes early means losing potential paying customers, which seems very unprofessional. If the sign says you close at 8 PM, I expect to be able to enter until that time. This experience has left me frustrated, and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant.
I visit this Subway at least once a week, and I absolutely love it! Eden is fantastic—both the food and the service are excellent!
My spouse and I went during Pride weekend because we wanted something not super greasy. They were literally packed with customers! I felt bad for the workers because people were getting hangry and snapping at them so I wanted to give them a hugeshout out. Not only were they trying to deal with keeping up with bread production they were also literally just dealing withperson after person non stop and still kept their customer service voices and manners complete in tact. I don't remember theirnames but I truly hope the 2 working know they did a bang up job and they deserve a raise because I would have probably walkedout with all the chaos and huge hangry mob waiting about.
As much as I love Subway, this location in particular is extremely subpar. Ever since our normal location closed down, we have ordered from here as our next closest location. We order at least once a week. I can count on one hand how many times my entireorder was actually correct. We usually do pickup as we are swinging by on the way somewhere or we talk our dog on a walk there,pick up, and head back. It's wrong nearly every time. I've even gone in and ordered there and they would have messed up had Inot corrected them. Unfortunately, it is the closest Subway to us now and we don't have much of a choice unless we drive.Otherwise, we would not order from this location again.
