Bidra med feedbackHowever, I encountered a couple of issues. The bread was fine, but I was disappointed with the tomatoes. They were clearly overripe and on the verge of spoiling, which was quite unappetizing. The most frustrating part, though, was realizing after I had left that I was charged $8.05 for a 6-inch steak sandwich with guacamole. What happened here? Is this Chipotle now, where you pay an extra $3 for a small scoop of guac? At least Chipotle's guacamole is fresh. After this experience, I think it's safe to say I won’t be returning to Subway anytime soon. They really know how to ruin a dining experience.
The pepper flavor in the dish was very watery and diluted. When I asked for a replacement, they informed me that they had run out of the ingredient. The staff did not offer a refund for the drink or anything else.
Friday night at 9:00, only one employee at the service I could say. But he was a machine. Depending on the size of your order, handling 2 or 3 customers at a time with speed. Just 10 minutes in business.
During peak dinner hours, there was only one staff member available, which resulted in a long wait. However, the employee was friendly and did their best. It's clear there are management issues, as they really need to have more than one person working in the restaurant during busy times.
Ordered ahead when I got there the only guy was sweeping and I stood there for 5 mins wondering if anyone wanted my money. After he was done sweeping I told the guy I had an online order and he looked confused then he went over to some receipts sitting out by the register (so they obviously knew about my order before I got there). They hadn't even made it yet so after about ten minutes and me being the only customer there I walk out with the food I ordered 30 mins earlier. The food was good though.
