Bidra med feedbackUsing the drive-thru tonight, our choices were vastly disappointing because their credit card reader wasn't working. Sigh* Ordered the $5 combo (which came to $5.36), scraping the bottom of the car dash coin holder for the change. Still, the Mango Tea was awesome!
After my last experience, I contacted Taco Bell, and they did actually send me a card good for two combos of my choice. I went back today, and ordered two combos of the Chalupa Supremes with chicken. I had high hopes that this would be a better experience, as the store was not busy at the time that I went. However, it was extremely disappointing once again. The Chalupa's were very tough and stale, and there was very little chicken, or other toppings for that matter. I'm just disappointed that Taco Bell has gone downhill so much in the last few years. I remember this location at least being edible before Covid. Now it's just not good. Those two combos that I ordered would've cost me $20. For that same money I could go to another slightly more upscale Mexican fast food place that everybody knows that starts with a C, and had an excellent quality meal for the same money. Never again. I'm done with this place.
Soggy tacos... both of my hard shell tacos peeled apart like a piece of gum being torn
I just went there today 1/16/23 ar around 12:30 and I ordered food along with the cinnamon crisps. I got home and ate everything but took a bite of a cinnamon twist and it tasted like they were soaked in cleaning fluid before they were deep fried. Something was seriously off. I mean I love those things and I'm can tell when something tastes old. But there was definitely another element added (by mistake? or by a disgruntled employee? What? I called them up immediately and told them to toss that batch out. This goes for every fast food restaurant managers taste some of the products you expect others to eat. If you fall ill perhaps you better not serve what you are pushing out to the public. This was more alarming to me than anything.
Being that it was bar close and Cinco de Mayo around 2:30 the other morning my friends and I decided to grab Taco Bell after leaving Wild Bills. We were in separate cars and my friend was in front of our car. Being the gentleman he is, my friend ahead of us asked the person at the window to pay for our meal. So he paid $7 for his meal, and then $20 for our meal. When we got to the window for our food, they charged us as well. We didn't think anything of it at the time but because we never yelled at my friend for paying for our food he brought it up. When we called Taco Bell to figure it out they said they couldn't do anything unless we drove over there. We don't live in the area. Im giving two stars instead of one because it was a pretty good Taco. I have never had an issue with Taco Bell but this was a little shady.
