Very impressed with this place. We were only their to get a new phone, but everyone was super friendly. I wish I had gotten the name of the man at the front desk (we were there on Friday, the 4th, at noon), but he was super great. Very welcoming place with a variety of businesses

I filled up my bus card at the Metro Transit Store in Baker Center. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was no wait at all—I went straight to the teller. Now that's what I call great service!

Great spot to unwind and relax. It's also one of the rare places in downtown Minneapolis where the WiFi actually functions well.

Be prepared for a wait, but it’s definitely worth it! The only downside was that the espresso machine was broken, so I couldn’t get my coffee.
