Umbria Gourmet Pizzeria - Minneapolis

We ordered this pizza for the first time and requested it to be well done. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it wasn't cooked enough, so we had to send it back. Therefore, the pizza remained on the cutting board. Overall, I would give this pizza a solid 3 stars—nothing more.

I was truly impressed by my experience at Umbria. The pizza was fantastic, but the service really stood out. I have a severe dairy allergy, and the person who took my phone call this evening was incredibly knowledgeable about which items contained dairy and which didn’t. This level of understanding is hard to find, especially when it comes to pizza. They also offer vegan options! I tried the Montreal special pizza, and it was amazing. The crust was excellent, and everything was so flavorful. They didn’t cut my pizza to avoid cross-contamination, which I really appreciated. Overall, the staff was wonderful, the pizza was delicious, and I can't wait to return! There are so many unique options on the menu to explore!

Amazing pizza! The crust is incredibly soft and chewy. My favorite is the Roma pizza—I love that they add broccoli as a topping, which is a rare find! We also enjoy their take-and-bake pizzas.

Ordered pizza and a salad for delivery and it was a little expensive. The pizza was okay, but the salad was light on toppings. The delivery guy was nice, but they didn?t bring folks for the salad when they were delivering it to a hotel. Probably should add that to the comment. The pizza was moderately warm when it arrived. Ordering on the app was a pain.

I ordered pizza and cheesy bread and requested the cheesy breads to be extra buttery. This pathetic order of cheese bread is what I received. Where is the cheese umbria??
