Jimmy John's - Minnetonka

Did an order for later. For 1pm, since it's Saturday I made sure to place the order around noon give them some time to get here. I get it the world is short staffed. I'm here at work waiting for my food. it's 1:23pm as I'm writing this and still waiting. Guessing this hard working girl gets to skip here lunch. Yes, I did call them around 1:10pm and they said they were about to leave. That was 15 minutes ago. Please note this place is across the street. Normally wouldn't leave a review but this is unacceptable.

It's the people that get the negative review , I'm clearly on lunch brake there was very little attentiveness. When my sandwich was done being made they sat it on the counter and walked away I had to ask if it was mine or not. Did not give or instruct me to my drink or chips. I feel like it was because I am black they were very enthusiastic to the Caucasian lady who walked in after. I will not return. Bad experience

Good sandwiches, nice location. Friendly staff but they need some more training/experience. Recently stopped and a very slow time, I was the only customer. They really messed up my order. The problem was resolved, they replaced the mistake sandwich. Will try again soon.

Nice guys. Pretty fast. They are working while Biden is throwing around free money. You guys rock!!

Standard menu items. Notice tea at this location! New employee had hard time getting the order right.
