This place is one of the cleanest, friendliest places I've had the pleasure of stopping at, will always stop here now!
When I was stationed in Minot AFB from December 1986 to April 1994, we often went to Schartz Crossroads for breakfast because the food and service were excellent. Now I'm back for the 23rd. Bombardment Squadron 100 anniversary reunification and over 9 heritage barons went to Schartz yesterday and it is still outstanding. Very recommended.
Always the only place we eat when we are in Minot. Husband always orders the Chili burger and I order my omelet with hash browns in it and their homemade salsa topping.
Awesome food, Service, People. The whole place was clean from top to bottom. Thank you for what you do...... .
