The staff here is extremely friendly and very helpful! I would definitely make a special trip to come to this Wendy's!

Every time I visit, the service is consistently reliable. My orders are always prepared quickly, served hot, and accurate, no matter how long the line of cars is in front of me. The drive-thru staff consistently adhere to COVID guidelines, wearing masks and following sanitation procedures, and they always greet me with warmth and hospitality during each visit.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Wendy's. I ordered the 4 for $4 chicken pecan salad, a tea, and a small Frosty, which totaled over $17. When I received my order, the cup of soda was messy, with sticky soda all over the outside. The Frosty was also sticky and had leaked on the outside. The salad dressing was damp and messy, and the grill sauce I requested for the chicken was missing entirely. It's frustrating that employees are asking for $15 an hour while providing such subpar service. I plan to call the office to express my concerns about the poor experience.

I placed a mobile order and followed the instructions to notify them upon my arrival. After waiting for 15 minutes in an empty parking space with my child, I decided to go through the drive-thru to ask for my food. They informed me that they don’t typically serve mobile orders this way because some people take hours to show up. However, my food was already bagged and sitting there, and I even showed them my receipt. It was frustrating to find my food cold after all that waiting.

At 10:00 a.m., I placed a delivery order for lunch, but the staff refused to prepare it until 10:30 a.m., insisting it was still breakfast time. DoorDash also declined to help. The customer mentioned they ordered directly from the restaurant's website, which indicated that lunch service started at 10:00 a.m. Despite this, the workers still wouldn't begin preparing the order until after 10:30 a.m. I ultimately received my food at 10:48 a.m., more than half an hour after I arrived. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
