Pizza Hut -  Mission,

This place is an absolute sweat to the pizza hut franchise. the pizza is absolutely disgusting raw and no taste. they can say that they are not proud of it if I were the owner who shames me this house.

I visited this restaurant with my friends and we were all impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We highly recommend this pizza place to everyone.

My girlfriend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant and I went to pay with my debit card. The worker informed me that the debit machine had lost connection, so I attempted to make the payment again. Afterward, he said I could come back to receive a refund. However, when I checked my online banking, I saw that the refund had already been processed. Upon returning to the restaurant, I was told that someone had already received the refund. I called and visited the restaurant multiple times, but they did not offer any assistance or refund, despite having proof of the transaction. It is concerning that the staff did not have any acknowledgment form for the refund recipients. It seems like there may have been a mistake or intentional mishandling of funds. The employees were unhelpful and gave conflicting information, making me doubt the competence of the management. I have still not received my refund and will only return if the real manager can address the issue. I would advise others to be cautious when dining here, as the restaurant does not handle money matters properly and lacks accountability.

Eating was disgusting and totally inconceivable. it looked like it fell on the floor and our order was wrong. we demanded a replacement and the manager was argumentatiw and refused to grant a replacement or a refund unless we wanted to pick up. we had ordered the delivery from a ground. the manager is hard unprofessional and according to my opinion this location should be shut off.

A few years ago, there was a Mission Pizza Hut on Lougheed that we used to enjoy. They had a buffet style lunch on Saturdays that we loved, especially their regular pizza and dessert pizza. However, the new Pizza Hut at the same location is not up to par. The ingredients are lacking and the dough is greasy and fattening. I was disappointed because I had fond memories of the previous Pizza Hut.
