Kfc - Mission

Ended up getting food poisoning from their festive feast. Now I’m violently sick in the middle of the night.

All pieces were backs almost no meat. Hardly worth it.

This is not my first order at this location but today will be the last I’ll be going again.Food:Ordered 2 piece chicken combo via drive through.I was served cold fries on top of semi hot chicken pieces. The chicken pieces being small is okay but they have a smell like they have been out there for a while. Had to throw the whole thing away. This is the first I have seen chicken pieces of this quality from KFC(attached pic).If you don’t have the product you just tell the customer we are out of food rather than giving them cold food. When I call to let the server know she says the chicken is hot I checked.Do you think a customer who just got off work, came and ordered food so he can complain or feed himself?I have no food for tonight. Thanks to you and your team.Service:No welcome greeting, no smile from the servers on the phone or in person.Never going back to this place again.Management please do something before you run out of business. Hope KFC gives both the management and the team some training on how to run a franchise.

This restaurant is a disaster. The bathroom was somewhat clean, but the fixtures were not properly attached and there was a cardboard cover on the toilet tank. The food had no flavor and they were out of side dishes. They even served the drive-thru customers before those dining inside.

This location is deteriorating every time I visit, the food and facilities. The chicken is dry and the fries have some gross spice added to them. I will go elsewhere for better food and facilities next time. Very sad :
