It's Starbucks—sometimes it can get a bit noisy, but mostly I can find a peaceful spot to enjoy my coffee and work on my laptop while drifting off into my thoughts.

I can't remember the name of the woman I used to see during my lunch breaks around 11 AM, but she always made the most amazing drinks. This one drink wasn’t on the menu; it was inspired by a TikTok video she had seen. Honestly, it was the best beverage I've had from Starbucks in quite a while. It was called the Dragon. I no longer work in that area, but she was an exceptional barista every time I stopped by for a custom drink. Keep up the fantastic work!

However, have you ever thought about how many of those hairs might end up in your drink at your local Starbucks? I did, and I was surprised to find that about 6 out of 10 drinks I ordered from various Starbucks locations, including this one, contained hair. Given this situation, why isn’t Starbucks following California Health and Safety Code HSC 113969 and Food Code 2-402-11, which address the use of hair nets? They do implement other health standards, such as requiring masks and only providing straws or condiments upon request. Could someone at the Starbucks corporate office please look into this matter? A straightforward solution like having employees wear hair nets could greatly improve the customer experience.

The variety is impressive, and the possibilities are endless. They also offer a delightful selection of tasty snacks. The staff is friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. We affectionately refer to it as "Star-bucky-bucks," and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
