Boston Pizza Courtney Park

We arrived at the restaurant and mentioned that we had a reservation, but they seemed completely unaware of it and informed us that they hadn't used that booking service for months. I wouldn’t recommend trying to book through OpenTable or calling to confirm their current status, as it could lead to disappointment if they’re still not accepting reservations and there's no availability.

The experience was disappointing. They didn't even seem to be aware of my reservation.

The hostess was unaware of our reservation made through Open Table, but fortunately, the restaurant wasn't particularly busy.

First things first. I show them the reservation. They said that do not take a reservation on mothers day. In this location they only have two staff on the floor for Mothers day. Food was so bad we did not eat 3/4 plate of food. So salty. I ordered a Pasta with shrimp in it. They have salad shrimps in a pasta. Lots of sausage tasted so bad. The one girl staff on the floor was very good, Pleasant know her food trying very hard to serve so many table. We did not say anything because of her. We have been to Boston Pizza lunch and dinner for a while (Since you open). We always go the one on Dixie/Eglinton. It was always good. Good feeling when we were done. Good food good service. Lot of staff.

They did not honour reservations on busy nights i.e. sat. Raps game night But still got seated after a short wait. Food came quickly and sevice was good. Next time call in advance to confirm reservations or just get there early.
