Horrible service. 15-20 minutes to place an order and another 30 minutes for food. Steak was lukewarm so complained and they took it away. They came back a few minutes later with the same steak and fries, probably just put it under the broiler for a minute or two. Fries were now overcooked. No corn in the cob, received overcooked frozen corn. Had to ask for steak sauce and ketchup. No one came to check if we needed anything else. When we were done we were advised we could have a complimentary dessert for our lengthy wait. Decided to decline as we were afraid we’d have to wait 30 minutes for that. No discount received. Few people left after waiting 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to take even a drink order. Wo t be going back to this location.

Last minute dinner out, but won’t go here again for a meal. Service was working with what they could, but really the food is just kinda okay pub food. The portions are ridiculously small and prices too high.Wings are only that…. Wings in a basket…No carrots or celery sticks and no blue cheese sauce.Buffalo chicken strips and fries…. Maybe 15 fries total and we had to pay another buck for blue cheese dip.If you go here I’d just stick to a drink and go after 9pm as you can get half price apps.

One of the worst Chuck's I've been to, and I've been to a lot lol. Ordered mashed potatoes with my steak and I got the fake box instant mashed potatoes. I don't know why they would even serve it, as I've had real mashed potatoes everywhere else. I took one bite and it all went to waste. The other food we ordered was okay, but just not impressed.Also the food took a really long time, got there around 7pm and got our food around 7:45.

Very busy night (clearly understaffed) but our server Fadi was amazing, kind and hustling all night long. Despite being the only server he was running around to every corner of the restaurant and working hard :)Food: 4/5

Update: Hello Chucks, Thursday June 8th at 9:15pm My family and I were turned away because your restaurant was too busy, as told to us by your hostess. There is a minimum 45 minute wait she said (mostly empty restaurant). Thought you might be interested in knowing what your employees are up to. Hope your end of day sales are amazing, but sadly you didn 't look that busy.My business was happily accepted by your local competition and we had a nice celebration.Sincerely,Regular
