Bidra med feedbackI went to the shop at 4:59pm on 8/24/2023 with my daughter to buy a treat. I use the mobile coupond to get 50% of any size of blizzrd. What I ordered is a large size. I am very unhappy for this buying experience. Here are the reasons:1. The portion I got is very little. The blizard is not even reach the cup! I do not know is this because of using coupond? I saw the next customer having a full cup of blizzard without usage of coupond. It is so unfair! How the store treats their customers differently?2. The cashier lady is so impatient! She is not happy to serve the customers. Her face is super stinky when I ask her question. She is in a hurry and wants me to pay quickly. And expect me to leave without giving me any receipt.I saw that this store has a lot of negative reviews, and the owner will reply to show that they would like to improve. However there is still no improvement. I think the management has some problems.
Horrible customer service. Second time I have seen staff unhelpful and difficult towards customers. It happens today was my turn, the girl who helped me made the order wrong and argued back how I ordered wrong. Its literally two ingredients, Ice cream and Hot Fudge- She made it with strawberry sauce instead. She did not want to make a new one to make things right. Another customer told me that I did ask for the right item. We visited today around 8:45. Please train your staff customer service, especially when it is their mistake. The other reviews here can corroborate my own review.
4 horrible customer service issues including mine in a 15 minute span.A kid had the family baby knock an ice cream cone to the floor before they could even get 1 mouthful and they would not replace it.Another lady stormed out after having her blizzard replaced.They told a customer that they could not get something written on one of the cakes (I know you can).My order took almost 15 minutes for 2 burgers with fries and they forgot my ice-cream.AND this is NOT the first time I have had horrible service at this location. I have literally walked out before because of just trying to place an order.
I am giving this location a zero star for customer service. Our family ordered blizzards and sundaes and I ordered a Chocolate brownie blizzard. When I received my order I noticed it tasted like banana (my son, daughter and i tasted it . I assumed the same machines and utensils were used from the previous customer's order as they had banana split blizzard. When we informed the staff we were rudely informed there was no banana in it. We decided to leave the issue and left. By the time we drove home I had reached close to the bottom of the blizzard and we found banana pieces and another fruit possibly cherry which I am allergic to. Calling the store I notified them of the issue and was again informed that there was no banana and that they need to see it (why did they see it when I first brought it up in the store? I am extremely disappointed about the service and lack of trust in 3 customers feedback as well as the service received during my phone call. We will not be going back to this location and would not recommend!
Can't go wrong at DQ!!! Hot day, need a cherry float!!! Hubs had a blizzard caramel pretzel? I think. Great service. Always great to see kids in there, truly excited!!! LoL. Free parking reasonable price. Definitely go!!
