Montana's Bbq Argentia - Mississauga

I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes.

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. One might think that charming decor and decent food could make up for poor service, but this place proves otherwise. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if it ends up empty despite its nice atmosphere and acceptable food. I'm usually fair in my reviews, but I cannot overlook terrible customer service. The staff is rude and constantly forgets orders, almost as if it's on purpose. I strongly advise against visiting this location.

Our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. I ordered the all-you-can-eat ribs, which were absolutely mouthwatering. However, the apple honey BBQ sauce from Texas was just okay.

I’ve visited Montana's several times before, and usually, I have a positive experience, especially at the Milton and Trinity Commons locations, where the food and service are excellent. However, my recent visit to the Argentia Road location was disappointing. It seems there are issues with the quality of the vegetarian food they serve. Both my daughter and I felt ill while eating, and we couldn't even finish our meals. Unfortunately, my daughter ended up getting sick on the way home. I reached out to Montana's to report the problem, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. They took all my information, including my receipt, and provided me with a reference number (#1363423), but nothing has happened since. Each time I follow up, they just say they are passing it along to the regional manager, district manager, or some other manager, but I have no idea how many managers are involved. Overall, I found their customer service to be very poor and unresponsive.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here with our 2 daughters. Had a great time. Our server is attentive and friendly. Good service.
