Great vibe and absolutely great service from Jay however the food requires some improvement for the price.Once you enter this place, you can see they have invested very well in their decor and seating. The front desk was courteous and we requested for a booth for the 2 of us and he took us to a comfortable spot.Our server Jay was brilliant. He clearly understood our taste pallet and we requested for mains that had the best spice and flavour he complied but also shared the option of their hot sauce and hot butter. I requested for both, just in case.However the food was even more tasteless than expected. Lets start with the Nashville fried chicken. Most people know that Nashville fried chicken is marinated in a Nashville hot sauce AND is coated in a cayenne pepper sauce. Reds failed to effectively do both. The chicken was dry too (see the image). For $25 for a burger, it was disappointing.The Thai curry was absolutely bland and had nothing Thai about it. My wife and I had to request 2 servings of the hot butter, which was good, to bring some flavour to the food. Do not go for their hot sauce as it is just pre packed red colour vinegar without flavour. Their hot butter is good.Reds team please look into your cooking and recipes as for the price you are charging, I had expected more authentic food. This place was a fun way to end a full day of shopping. We stopped here because the atmosphere looked really relaxing and the food that we could see people eating through the window looked delicious.For an appetizer we tried the chicken tinga tacos . Which was the perfect serving for two people if you 're planning to have a big meal. The size was great and the taste was perfect. Tortillas were soft and the chicken was cooked very well.For drinks we had a Moscow mule and paper plane . Both drinks were made well and not watered down at all. The presentation was great and both drinks were flavorful.For the main course we had the chicken alfredo which has lots of fresh parmesan and the seared chicken was delicious with it. Again, it was not too big of a serving which is great. I had the bibimbap steak plate . Steak was cooked perfectly. All the vegetables were fresh and the egg on top just sealed the deal for a very tasty dinner.Not to mention if you get a service person by the name of Kim she is very kind and very good at her job. She made the experience great. All the staff here is friendly and kind

My friend and I decided to stop and have our girls night out dinner at this restaurant. There was a decent amount of people there that evening. A few large groups near the entrance of the restaurant. Our appetizers did come out a little longer than expected, but when they did it didn’t disappoint (manager brought them out and apologized and comped them for us). We ended up ordering a Thai curry and a steak with mushrooms. Both were equally delicious. Only issue was the music was too loud and we couldn’t have a conversation to catch up.

Went to dine in on a weekday, we sat on their patio. Patio is well maintained kind of cut you off from the rest of Square one shopping crowd. Tried dishes from their newly launched menu. We ordered dragon roll, tacos, pizza and sandwich, all tasted good specially their small thin cut fries which came as a side. Drinks were also good. Service was very slow, server never came to ask if everything is ok, in fact we have to get up and went inside to look for other staff member and ask for bill. Overall nice experience.
