The Loose Caboose - Missoula

I used to enjoy Loose Caboose, but things changed for the worse after they hired some discourteous staff who made terrible coffee. They insisted I was mistaken about my stamp card when I wasn't. The coffee maker even insisted I was wrong! Frustrated, I drove to their location on West Broadway, where a young woman confirmed that I was right—I had enough stamps for a free coffee. I reached out to the company for assistance, but they were just as rude. They said they would send me a refund for my Americano, so I provided my address, only to be told later that I wouldn’t be receiving it. The service at several of their locations has deteriorated, and the Americanos have started tasting like weak brown water with milk.

We received exceptional and friendly service, and we enjoyed the best coffee in the world. I'm quite the coffee enthusiast, and this truly stands out as the best. The staff was welcoming and made us feel right at home in their lovely city (I absolutely love Montana)! They also offered croissants from a local bakery that were utterly delicious. Great job, Loose Caboose! You have something wonderful going on. I can't wait to visit you in Missoula again!

The Loose Caboose offers excellent coffee with quick and friendly service, plus the added convenience of a drive-thru. I stopped by for a little road trip coffee before heading out of town. They have a typical range of drinks, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, smoothies, and espresso beverages you would expect from a drive-thru coffee spot. You can also choose from various flavor options for your mocha, latte, or Italian soda. I tried the caramel mocha, and it was quite good. The espresso was flavorful and had a decent strength. Additionally, the fact that the whole setup is in a caboose adds a charming touch. Definitely worth a visit!

The coffee is consistent, the staff is always pleasant and friendly. They remember your name and your drink, fast paced service. I love the flavor of the coffee.
