I'm highly disappointed after receiving the order of my favourite dish Roasted Duck Cantonese Style, which used to be served on a bedding of juicy veg submerged in honey soy sauce. This time it arrived with dry large-sliced onions and carrots, a poor veg selection with no sauce. Although their meals had deteriorated lately, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a dish I was usually happy with. However, when I called to report the issue to their attention, the lady claimed that the dish shouldn't have any sauce, which is nonsense. It looked like an unfinished meal I wouldn't pack away for the customer if I were a chef. I will not be ordering takeaway from Blue Ocean again, unfortunately.
