Chuck E. Cheese's - Mobile

I arrived right when the restaurant opened. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly. A few of the games were still out of order, but the kids still had a great time! The pizza was delicious! I was initially overcharged, but they corrected it without any problems.

I was quite hesitant to visit this restaurant, but since my son wanted to celebrate his birthday here, I decided to give in—and I'm really glad I did. The place was beautiful and impeccably clean. I did feel a bit sad when I noticed that the animatronics were gone, but I understand that they were quite old and it was time for them to go. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the pizza was delicious!

This place is not where you need to go for a good service. I had to ask for a drink machine. they've been laying enough to keep 10 minutes and were out. I had to ask for a knife and a fork, and then it seemed like they didn't want to give it to me. all games for small children are gone and replaced by games for older children. this is not the place for 10 and below. have I mentioned that the animatronics are gone? I know there are problems here as everywhere, but the crew here tried to do as little as possible to make this a great experience. Chuck turned around to squeeze maximum dollar for minimal input. I hate to disappoint my grandson, but we won't be back.

Me and my daughter go here and we have a great time all parents and kids all have the same agenda and just trying to have a good time. As long as you don't need the staff for ANYTHING you will have no issues. They have what seems like 10 or more people working in the back but all say they don't work this register or that register. And you end up having to wait 30 minutes just to order food or cash in tickets or try to extend your play time cause the kiosk does not work. I gave this a 4 because all the games were in working order and once you get past the staff it's a good place for me and my lil one.
