The food and service were outstanding! The prices are also very reasonable. The store manager and her team provide exceptional service that rivals even Chuck Norris!

Lemon pepper was horrible no lemon pepper just buttery base liquid went back through the drive thru to tell them about it and they told me ok pull forward we will fix it got to the window and she gave me a cup of lemon pepper seasoning and said thank you have a nice day.....woooowwwww

I usually always have a good experience at gold finger location but today my experience was terrible and may have lost me as a customer. When I ordered my food I asked for an extra bbq sauce with my food and when I got home I had no dipping sauce at all and lets be real who wants to eat a chicken finger plate with no sauce whatsoever. I live about 10 15 min away so I called and asked if I brought the food back could I have my order remade because by the time I get there my food would be cold. The woman on the phone argued with me that there were sauces in the bag and when I said only marinara for the cheese sticks and then she tried to make it like as if I was supposed to eat the whole plate with a marinara sauce lol. She said they couldn't remake my food because of sauces which I kind of get but don't act like it's not a key part of the meal. Really the only reason I choose goldfingers over the other chicken places is because I like their signature sauce best but not anymore.

Should be called Quail Fingers because the chicken wings are so small, they're the size of quail wings. They also cut the wings in half and call each piece one wing. IMO this is fraudulent. They act like nobody's seen a chicken before, surely the Gen Z staff hasn't. A prime example of shameless capitalist greed.

Good prices with terrible and slow service. Need better hiring in the kitchen, specifically.
