Krystal - Mobile

The dining room is currently being renovated, so only drive-thru service is available. When I visited at 10:30 PM, the order board wasn’t responsive despite the sign indicating they were open. Upon reaching the window, there was someone inside who asked if I was with DoorDash. I was informed that they were only serving DoorDash orders. Eventually, they agreed to take my order, but only if I paid in cash.

Thank you for staying open late at night! Unlike many other fast food places that only think of themselves, you cater to those of us who work night shifts. We truly appreciate your service, especially for essential workers like janitors, road crews, window washers, and city workers who clean the streets.

My Krystals were cold, and the bread was hard. I stopped here while passing through the city, and I regret spending my money. When I pulled in, I was initially pleased to see that there was no one in the drive-thru, but I quickly understood why.

Ordered the spicy hot wings that I love at 10pm. Got to work no dressing. No problem I bought my own. Wings were fresh but not spicy at all! What happened? Y'all changed suppliers? They were horrible and very! Very! Salty ????????

I was so happy when I realized that this crystal was still late, in contrast to the others. I was worried that eating would disappoint me, but no. it was really good for after midnight. it was hot and fresh.
