The customer service is great here the food excellent, sometimes my red table orders don't have everything I ordered for some reason, but I use the side bar to add what was missing, I prefer this location to Spanish fort the food is better worth the drive for excellent customer service , and if you do have a issue with your food they will fix it and even remake it if needed

Ordered for curb side pickup and took name of person I ordered with. Got there. No order. Took 10 minutes to resolve (they did have it so it just sat around during that time). No apology. Geez. Never again.

Ok first, I really like NEWKS. My goto is the Newks Fav Salad and almost any of their soups and sandwiches. My downgrade is b/c I ordered a pickup/takeout salad and it is easily 1/2 or less than the dine-in portion for the same price. And the picture on the menu with two hearty scoops of chicken salad on top? Not on my takeout. They were more like two teaspoons, mini-scoops I 'd say. Salad tasted good, but I downed it in about 10-12 bites. When I eat in, I usually have leftovers. You shouldn 't cheat or punish your take-out customers folks. There is another eatery in town where you can get a monster salad with everything in the kitchen sink in it for $9 and 5 tubs of dressing (any flav) included...take out or dine in. Sorry Newksy, this trip was not worth the $13 Side Salad portion with two teaspoons of chicken salad. Look, I get inflation. But I ate there 2 weeks ago dine-in and still had leftovers. Stop penalizing your loyal customers who don 't dirty your tables, floors, dishes, and bathrooms. Time to re-evaluate your take out. Won 't be back in that mode till you do.

We were out and about and did not have time for supper. After my wife finished her ladies meeting we were looking for a quick bite. Several years ago we met to eat with some friends from out of town at a Newks. The food was tastey and plenty. With that good memory in mind we stopped a a local Newks. It was not real busy. The place was easy to find and very spacious. Our order was taken quickly. We got our soft drinks and sat down. Only about 6-10 people. We got our pizza and salad in less than 15 minutes. The food hit the spot. We got some banana bread for dessert.
